Join Us in Celebrating Heritage

The Black Heritage Society Inc. provides financial support to band departments that face challenges in participating in parades. These departments often struggle to cover transportation costs due to limited public school funding. To address this issue, the Black Heritage Society Inc. offers assistance to help with these expenses. Additionally, we do not charge parade entry fees for school groups. Contributions and the Ovide and Naomi Duncantell Memorial Fund support these expenses.

We believe that education is essential for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating a brighter future for everyone. Through our partnerships with schools and community organizations, we partner to ensure that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
